What “local” means
Local work is not a toy preview. Upload files, cleaning plans, and edit sessions can be stored in browser storage so large jobs do not need to be repeatedly rebuilt in memory. Final save or apply actions still go through the normal project and permission rules.

Help articles are delivered by the platform and cached where possible, so guides and screenshots stay available during field and design work.
